I know FB was pushing back against certain use cases for broadcast lists, but we aren't a commercial publisher so I didn't think I'd be in trouble, so I don't think that's it. I have one other small broadcast list (same phone, same sender, subset of users of the other lists) with a very limited audience, that one does work as expected. I've restarted the phone and some updates were installed too, but no difference. This is recent behaviour, it has always worked until a week or two ago. It doesn't matter where I check: iphone, app on a PC or. I often had to help them repair something to get it going again (reboot phone, re-add to address book etc). There is no way I can see who actually got the messages! Given that there are older people in this community who aren't very good with technology, it was useful for me to see who actually got the messages or didn't. But after a few minutes, they all revert to one grey tick only. I know the messages are being delivered I'll see two grey ticks and then two blue ticks for many recipients. WhatsApp can be used to affordably communicate in four different ways: One-to-one chat: you message back and forth with one person Group chat: you invite two or more people to chat (up to one-hundred participants) with you and each other Broadcast: you send a message to two or more people but they cannot reply and.
